You do not arrive somewhere and the work is done. However, It sure does get alot easier.......
I do not follow one particular tradition, art form, therapy, religion, or school of thought. I am personally partial to Native American and Taoist philosophy, but do not strictly adhere to it. People ask me if i do Feng Shui. I know very little about it, though I recognize energy in a way that may be similar. My awareness of energy is natural and instinctive. For years I was on an intense quest to understand instinct and intuition. I have learned from all kinds of teachers and I encourage the same for you. Take what you like and leave the rest. I do not tell you what to do. My goal is to support you in finding your own way - not to have you follow mine. I teach you how to listen to your own guidance. So,,, you might say that my efforts are to guide you to what works for you.
The Heart of the Process ............ Simplify
Creating Sanctuary is to simplify. You may feel like you need healing when all you really need is to simplify your life. Stress probably causes more problems than anything else - for the body and the mind. As we simplify, we reduce the tension and resulting complexities. Sanctuary is also a place to gather the strength needed to follow your dreams. Sanctuary is where each one of you can explore the best of who you are.
I suspect that you already have a sense of Sanctuary. Some aspects of your life seem perfect, and others may feel distant or out-of-whack. You may be very connected to your body, but are not following your dreams. You may have created an awesome Sacred Space, but have no peace of mind. You may feel very spiritual, yet uncomfortable in your own skin. Balance can be found.
Having a physical place to feel safe sure does help. This is part of the beauty of the internet. It feels safe to people. With laptops we can be in about any location we want. Thus, we can be more comfortable exploring ourselves online. In addition, we can visit on the phone which also reduces the anxiety that may exist face-to-face. If the circumstances allow, we can certainly meet in-person. Whatever works for you - it is all about you...........

I think that using emails and the phone is a terrific way to receive support and education when needed. We can also use the internet 'live chat' form of communicating. How you and I work together will be revealed as we go along. If you need structure, then we will create structure. If you want to just let it happen, then that is what we will do. It is a joint effort, but it is up to you. If you have any questions, you can always email me. If you would prefer to get answers over the phone, simply email me with your phone number and a convenient time to reach you. You can also interview me. I offer a free 15-minute email or phone consultation to answer any questions prior to working together. Of course, I will not charge for general questions about my service at any time. I have a basic fee of $1 per minute for all services. Time is purchased in 15-minute increments. I do my best to be flexible for you and easily accessible.

Take your time getting your intention across - share as honestly as you can. Be sure to give any relevant background information that I may need to understand the question. We will exchange several emails - whatever it takes to answer your question thoroughly. If a few emails is not enough to get to the Heart of the matter, we will determine what steps we may want to take from there.
