How to Begin Creating Sanctuary

In-person, phone, and internet chat sessions cost $1 per minute. Emails are purchased by the exchange or by the day. One question or concern, that requires a few exchanges, would be an individual email exchange for $15. For continued connection and support you can purchase email exchanges by the day. This charge would be dependent upon the needs of the client and the time involved. I do think this option would be the most beneficial. I would think an average daily fee for email support would be $30 or $45. One person might want to just send a few emails a day and that might only cost $15. Another might want to spend the day focused on the email exchanges. That person might even want to "chat" online. The circumstances will reveal themselves and we will agree on a price. I am flexible and will work with you.
I am available as a resource. I have not charged for services in over fifteen years. I am returning to counseling, for income, simply because I believe that people are more receptive now to my outlook on living and well-being. Now that this is a business again, I cannot put myself out there for free. I have to pay the bills. At the same time, I do what I do. It is not all about money, so please do not hesitate to contact me.
I think that using emails and the phone is a terrific way to receive support and education when needed. How you and I work together will be revealed as we go along. If you need structure, then we will create structure. If you want to just let it happen, then that is what we will do. It is a joint effort, but it is up to you. If you have any questions, you can always email me. If you would prefer to get answers over the phone, simply email me with your phone number and a convenient time to reach you. You can also interview me at no charge. I do not provide internet testimonials because I encourage people to take responsbility for themselves. After reading through my website and possibly interviewing me, I want you to make the decision to use my services based on your own intuition. Since following your intuition is one of the main topics I teach, here is a good place to start.

You will compose an email that shares a question or concern that you have. You need to be very specific about the situation. Take your time getting your intention across - share as honestly as you can. Be sure to give any relevant background information that I may need to understand the question. We will exchange several emails - whatever it takes to answer your question thoroughly. If a few emails is not enough to get to the Heart of the matter, we will determine what steps we may want to take from there.
Phone Sessions
You can buy the phone sessions in 15-minute increments for $15. For example, if you want to talk for an hour, buy four phone sessions.
