This questionnaire will help you identify areas in your life that cause you discomfort, stress, tension, or any feeling that you would like to change. The questions are designed to help you determine which areas of your life need Sanctuary. You will find out where it is missing so you can take the necessary steps to create it. Do not get hung up on not being able to answer a question 'yes' 100% of the time. We are all in process... An example of this would be eating habits. Many of us choose to eat healthy whole food, but that does not mean we never eat something which is not. The goal here is to move toward Sanctuary, not into a place of shame and guilt. Socialized habits take time to break. Ease into changes and they may occur at a deeper level and be less resistant. The goal is to feel good - to align with the higher good, right? So,,, don't be too hard on yourself. Upon completion of the questionnaire continue on to the Process of Creating Sanctuary.
